Introduce:
In such mica tapes, mica paper is the base material , one side of which is reinforced by alkali-free glass cloth or polymer film, supported by adhesives such as epoxy resin or other high-performance resin. In normal condition, such mica tape is flexible. Subject to VPI insulation process by impregnating resin, mica tapes are solidified into dry mica tape. In dry mica tape, the content of mica is high. Featuring excellent electrical performance, dry mica tapes serve as the ideal insulating material for wrapping VPI processed large/medium-size high-voltage windings.

Single-side Polyimide Film Reinforced Dry Mica Tape with Lean Resin
Such products are dry mica tapes in which mica paper is base aterial, one side reinforced by polyimide film or double side reinforced by polyimide and alkali-free glass cloth, bonded through adhesives with temperature index of 155°C, 180°C, or 200°C.
Such mica tapes are suitable for the main insulation of variable frequency motors, traction motors, wind power and other motors.
