1.Product Description:
 

NMN (Nomex paper/Polyester film/Nomex paper)is a Triple layer electrical insulation material of thermal class  F155ºC, consisting of polyester film covered with Du Pont Nomex paper. The polyester film giving the product mechanical and dielectric features, while the Du Pont Nomex paper gives the thermal resistance.This NMN has excellent electrical.mechanical,and impregnating properties.

 

2.Product Aplication:

 

DMD is mainly used as slot insulation,liner insulation, turn-to-turn insulation in electrical motors. It can be also used as interlayer insulation in transformers and other electrical machines and appliances.

 

Besides, red color impregnated DMD is widely used among dry-type transformers and low voltage coil insulation which is also used for slot insulation and phase insulation for Class F motor.
