The epoxy rod is a high-performance thermoset composite made from pure epoxy resin, offering excellent electrical insulation properties and mechanical strength. Unlike FR4/G10 rods which contain glass fiber reinforcement, pure epoxy rods are homogenous, providing uniform characteristics throughout the material. This makes them ideal for applications requiring precise machining and superior dielectric performance.
